Celebrating our Community
It was great to bring our community together for our event with Northmoor Community Association and Great Places Housing.
During #ChallengePovertyWeek, we wanted to showcase what a strong community we have. Alongside Peter from Great Places Housing and David from Northmoor Community centre, we provided a free hot meal in Northmoor’s Community Diner whilst our local community groups showcased their support services.
Those who joined us include:
Bringing English language learners together. Cooking, eating & developing skills together.

Enterprising Habits is a social enterprise providing a range of services to local communities across the North West.
'We offer a wide range of services including education and training to individuals and families to help them grow and improve life chances. We have supported 100s of adults in accessing these free or affordable courses and find employment or enter higher education.'
'We are on a mission to help make Manchester cleaner and greener by educating residents about how to manage their waste sustainably.'
